USCIS updated the H-1B cap count for Fiscal Year 2010. It now has 45,700 cases against the regular (non-Master's) H-1B cap. Hi! My drivers license has expired which was issued in Indianapolis, and I renewed the drivers license at Indianapolis which I could not get transferred to Florida ( no mail forwarding). Now question is, I want to renew new drivers license from Florida, will there be any problem if I use my old H-1B which was issued at Indianapolis, although I have shifted to Florida in a new job where my old H-1B transfer is till under process? what will the implications of using the old H1B?( I am still getting paid from my old employe)r

Dear All,
I followed the instructions and clicked where indicated and the programme ran and produced �I�m all GUI inside�. However, instead of the neat rounded corners, I only saw square corners.
I am trying to design my programmes using rounded corners, which is why I read the tutorial and downloaded Expression Blend 4.
Please advise,

Hello,
I 'm on H1-B visa already max out and got the extension for 7 th year based on perm pending.
Petition is going to expire in Sep 2011 and last week my perm got denied.
My employer is going to appeal for the perm and also going to apply H1B extension.
Also I got an offer from other employer waited long time for this exiting offer. Not sure what are my options now , is it possible to take the new opportunity or should I stick with my current employer to deal with this issue?
Looking for suggestions ASAP , thanks

The green card backlog situation seems hopeless to me.
Is this organization working to get the
totalization agreement done so that at least we get some of the money that
we paid as taxes(but get no benefit in return).

My priority date is August 2004 EB-3-India.
In USCIS Website, my 485 case status and Ead status got updated dated september 4 2010.
What does this mean by anyway with respect to mygreencard process.Plz help.

Hi,
I need to get my H1B stamped in Mexico. I know there are some agencies which offer a complete package trip to the Mexico US Consulate. Does anybody know some names and contact information?
I am based in Los Angeles and am pretty close to Mexico border. Do they have something in Southern California? Other places are also Ok.

The handwriting was on the wall for quite sometime.

There's something about these that isn't working. I think klinux is right. Try some other levels of desaturation. I like the headshot the best of the two. The color shot is a nice one, but her skin looks blotchy. Good experiment. Keep trying.
