I have eb3 -2002 PD . is it possible if my wife applies labor and file 140 with my Priority date . ? Both me and my wife's 485 is pending .

On Thursday, July 12, 2007, at 9 PM EDT, certain USCIS web-based systems will be taken out of service for maintenance upgrades. They should be restored in approximately three to four hours. These systems include:
Case Status Online (and processing times)
Field Office Locator and Information
Civil Surgeon Locator; and
Change of Address Online
We apologize for the inconvenience.
I GUESS THIS IS ANOTHER WAY OF TELLING THEM THAT WE ARE ALL RIGHT HERE AND WATCHING YR EVERY MOVE :D :D :D :D

My employer mentioned that my job description is Senior Analyst in the application. Does that mean I have to be a Senior Analyst till the time I get GC ? Cant I take up another job like Architect ?
Also, for 140 application do I have to sign on any PERM labor related document ?

I have a offer from an employer and they say that they will be able to provide documentation for GC processing but will not be able to sponsor. What does that mean? Can i hire attorney for my GC processing(EB2) and pay the expenses by myself? What else would be required from the employer?

I currently reside in Nebraska. I'm in pending I-485, and its I-797C�s Received Date was in Aug, 20007, Receipt Number: LIN-xx-xxx-xxxxx. My EAD expires on this December 2010, and my AP has expired on December 2008. I re-entered US on Feb, 2010 using H1B Visa and its HIB has expired on May 2010. I�d like renew my EAD and AP. I�ve got all paper ready to file, but I�m confused about Where Service Center/Office I should file to and pay the fees to. I�d appreciate your help.

Talked to my lawyer today. I am in EB3ROW and my PD is current as of June bulletin. Unfortunately, NSC is not processing my receipt dates yet, so I have not heard anything.
Lawyer said that there is a chance EB3ROW will retrogress in July or become "Unavailable".
Will I be back to the Retrogression line in that case or will USCIS still process? Any idea? Anyone in the same boat?

I had the same case. Call up the 800 number in the reciept and find options where you can change the address on the phone. The reason I tried this was because as the # is not in the system you can't even report a problem with the case.
Now when the representative is available, tell them the issue and they will connect you to someone who can verify the status for you. The next layer rep will ask your name and address for verification and tell you the status.

Guys
Just want to know my options here and here is my scenario:
I am on H1-B and my 6 years of H1B is going to complete on March so I have almost 1 more year to complete my 6 years of h1-B
Right now, I have my LC and I-140 approved from my present employer.
Now, I am thinking about moving onto a new job where the new employer is ready to start my GC immediately I take the new job.
My question is:
If I take the new job, would I get my new H-1B for 3 years since my I-140 with old employer/current employer is already approved ?
I don't have the copy of my I-140 but I think I can get it.
Also, if I start the transfer to new employer, would I get 3 year H1B or just remaining 1 year out of 6 years ?

My employer filed H1B transfer in Feb 2009. however he could not receive RFE letter with in time on mail and only received after RFE submitted date was expired which is May 25th, 2009
In jun1 1st week , he filed for the RFE extension for the stated reason and also refiled H1B to make sure that I should be in valid H1B status in case of first H1B denial in mean time
Employer submitted all the documents related to RFE on June 20th and it got approved on jul 1st.
What are the best options for H1B refiling case
in case if it is denied, will it super impose the original H1B approval ?
is it good idea to cancel/revoke pending H1B refiling case ?
