No, I haven't used Optimaze yet. Their reports say that SWF files are significantly reduced in size. I don't have any first-hand experience to tell you if it is true or not though :(

Hello All,



I am currently working for Employer A for the past 6 years and my current H1 is Expiring in May End 2010. MY employer says he will file the H1 in may starting. In the meantime I got an offer from a future employer B who applied for my H1 transfer in premium processing. We got an RFE and the new employer is working on that .



My question is that lets say After responding to RFE by my future employer B , god forbid say the H1 transfer is denied. Would this denial have any impact on the H1 Extension that my current employer A plans to file in couple of weeks using I-140 approved petition. Please advice ?

Hi all,

I am on h1b right now but had applied only for AP since i do not have valid stamping on my passport but have an approved renewed h1b extension valid till 2012.

My AP will be expiring coming nov 2009 and have the following questions,

1) How many days before expiry can i apply for the AP renewal. If i apply now the texas processing times for AP is around Apr 1 2009, does it mean the new AP they will provide from Aug 2009 to Aug 2010 or from my AP expiry date which is nov 2009 to nov 2010?

2) I am also thinking of applying for EAD to keep as a backup (just in case).
Can i apply EAD alone now and wait for nov to apply for AP (or should i apply both together) ?

3) If i do a paper based filing does it mean there will be no request for finger printing?

My spouse is out of country and she cannot comeback immediately since we are waiting for my H1 extension approval. Taking visa appointment days and airline availability in to consideration, she may not be able to make it back before end of july. I heard you can always add spouse later while 485 is still in progress. What are the implications if I go this path ?

Often it is written on the lens (on the front), as part of the whole labeling there. Also the box/documentation of the lens should have that information. If you don't have that, you should be able to find that info on the Internet/manufacturer's homepage. Of course you could also try measuring, but you have to be relatively exact there.
From which lens do you want to know the thread size?
